Wet Scientific was established in 2014 based on technology developed at Lamar University by Dr. Rafael Tadmor.
The study emanated from National Science Foundation cutting edge research (NSF grants: 0619458 , 0960229 , 1428398 and 1405109). This brought about the invention of the CAB (Patent #8,447,531) which allows independent manipulation of the normal and the lateral forces.

Wet Scientific is the only producer of the CAB and the goniometers that fit the CAB.
The company has customers in America, Europe, and Asia.
